What are we going to use your data for?

For example, our bank needs to know your bank account number in order to process the payment of your salary.

In the same way, those public or private entities to which we are obliged to provide your personal data in order to comply with any law will have knowledge of your information. For example, the Tax Law and the Social Security Law oblige us to provide the Tax Agency and the General Treasury of the Social Security with certain information about our employees in order to comply with tax and social security obligations.

Finally, we would like to inform you that our entity may contract with external companies for certain services such as the management of employee payrolls, occupational risk prevention, staff training, etc. In such cases, our entity will always choose companies that are committed to complying with data protection regulations and will sign the corresponding contracts with them that guarantee their responsibility in relation to the security and confidentiality of our employees’ personal data.
